Current Projects
Garnet begins a new project in historic downtown Summerville, SC, with the complete renovation of a turn-of-the-century (1900, that is) residence that will be converted to professional office space. We have already acquired our first tenant, a prominent Charleston law firm. Completion is slated for late July.
